We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Below are the terms for returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage across our product lines.
All items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all included components
If the return is due to our error — wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage — eRideLife covers return shipping in full.
If the return is a change of mind or buyer's error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We don't charge restocking fees. If your item is eligible for return, you'll receive a full refund of the product price.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Extinguishers must be unused and undeployed for return eligibility. A discharged or partially discharged extinguisher cannot be returned — however, FCL-X extinguishers are eligible for refill service. Contact us to arrange a refill.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Accessories must be unused and in original packaging. Installed electronic components — including circuit boards and controllers — cannot be returned once installed.
The following are final sale and not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized items
Sale items and gift cards
Installed electronic components
Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and you can purchase the correct item.
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] with photos or video. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
FCL-X lithium battery fire extinguishers carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and performance failures under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
Discharge or use
Physical damage from dropping or mishandling
Unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and cosmetic issues

Apparel and accessories are covered for manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. A signature is required for all orders valued over $50.
If a delivery attempt is missed, contact the carrier directly to reschedule. Additional re-delivery costs may be passed to the customer if multiple attempts fail.
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, contact us and we'll match the lower price — one time per order.
